Hi all
tomorrow morning i start my first wedding shoot. The weather dosent promise to be any good. The bride chose an album consisting of 10 inch by 10 inch photographs.
I will be shooting with a Canon 5D Mk II with a Canon EF 24-70 f2.8L lens attached.
Tricky one to figure out when it comes to large crowd photographs. Especially since i dont have much room for manouver inside the church. I have to allow for about 30% waste in my viewfinder so i guess i will have to keep an eye on my focus points left and right in the viewfinder as guides for cutoff points when i am lining up a center shots.
I have a Canon 40D with a Canon 50mm F1.8 as a backup. I have a pro wedding photographer coming on board to take photographs with his Canon 5D Mk I with Canon 24-105 L lens.
Any tips on my choice of lens setup regarding shooting?
Getting nervous that if i have to pull back so far from my subjects that i will lose detail after i crop my image in CS5.

Kind Regards
