LOVE IT!!! I love your composition and the lighting. I find it looks great in B&W also. I'd love to have seen her face, maybe looking down at her belly with the other hand just grazing the top.

Great shot. Lighting it the way you did creates texture and depth and that is what we all need to strive for. My only nit is the shoes make two separate centers of attention with the other obviously being the belly. To keep one center of attention maybe the shoes on the belly or nearer. Again, great lighting.
