Meat Market

While I'm not normally one for color in street photography I'm starting to use it a little more. I think it really works for this shot from the meat market in Athens Greece. Let me know what you think about the shot.

    I'm not sure why you feel color works here.

    Me, I would would do B&W and then tone down the hot area around meat & sign, and then again maybe if you just tone down hot area it may work better in color.

    The color of the ground beef is one of my favorite parts of the image. I have to say that I agree with your comment about toning down the hot area though. Right now spot fixes are a little out of my skill level but it's something that I should learn. Thanks for the feedback.
