Smugmug down

Just got a message that there is an issue with the site, but when I clicked on the "Status" button it says they are up and running and that it's 2:37pm. Is Smugmug aware of the issue?

    I got this message on and off all weekend, still getting it today on and off just trying to click on galleries seems really slow. From two different locations this message is showing up. Whats going on guys??

    We know there is never a good time for service interruptions and we are truly sorry if it has caused you troubles this morning. Looks like we were down for a few minutes twice this morning. Our ops team is on call around the clock and there to nail down any problems if anything pops up. We are always aware when problems come up, usually within seconds. The site is up and running as it should currently and our hope is that it stays that way.

    Is the crop thumbnail queue full? Crops are not processing.

    The issue I had was the screen that said "URL Interrupted" pops up and says check the status page. Had it alot yesterday and a couple time today.. Check the status page and is says it's all okay..

    I am having trouble as well. It started when I could not get to my site photos.bradfordbenn.com (the message was the server stopped responding). I was on my iPad. I was also unable to get to the help pages (URL interrupted message) to file a support question since the status page said it was online.

    If the system is being intermittent, please list it as intermittent.

    Lately it's getting kind of frustrating. I've been with Smugmug for years but it seems like the last 3 times or so that I've tried to upload, the site has been down. I was uploading a few more pictures to a gallery I created a while back and now that gallery shows as empty, even though I was just adding a half dozen photos to it and it had about 30 prior to that. Argggh!

    Hey Folks - The site's had a few intermittent blips this morning. We know what the issue is and are keeping an eye on everything. We're sorry for any inconvenience you're experiencing!

    Allen - the crop queue was pretty full back when you posted that. All should be clear now. If not, send me a link to the gallery and we'll take a look.

    There is a current problem with uploads not showing in the gallery. Photos I uploaded Saturday finally showed up today. Smugmug is aware of the problem and claims to have fixed it last week, but as you see, it is still a problem.

    I just had a service interuption while uploading about 10 minutes ago. Plus the function switing between pages in my albums is not working well. Could be my computer but I thought I'd say something in case it was an issue with the site that you were not aware of. But Zac answered my question, if there is an issue you will know within seconds. Smugmug techs are the best. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks for being there so I don't have to worry.
