Tried a Macro Lens

Well I borrowed a 105 Nikon 2.8 macro lens and have to say I loved it. I did a couple firsts with it. FIrst I used a macro and I tried to focus stack too. Here are two of the shots. Not the most photographic images but I like how they turned out and the stacking in CS5 was easy and very interesting too.

These are last tomatos of the season as the plants died. They were stacked on the patio table.

First time using a macro and first attempt at focus stacking, I'd say you are off to a grand start.

Well done, a great start: stacks worked well, but apples don't move! Lol
