photo contest w "vote" purchase

i'm going to run a photo contest fundraiser for our local humane society. i need to set up a gallery with a single purchase choice "vote" for $1. this will not go to a lab for printing. i set this up easily w ifp3 and paypal last year. can smuggy do this or will i need to go back to ifp3 for a month? can you detail this for me please. thank you.
