Marc Muench and I just used a Nikon D3X and 200-400vr and a Canon 500 f/4L for 3 weeks in Africa - the service, shipping and quality of the gear couldn't have been any better. I BL, always have. Sam, i'm sure your experience is not the norm and you ought to give them another try. We at SmugMug love BL, and that's why we feature them on our ClubSmug page.
