Download All tool not working.

Ahhh, why was this changed?
When I clicked that button before, I was sent an email with the zip files... now it just starts to down load them from my browser...

This was extremely useful to me, as I was able to zip files to clients, easily and quickly...

Is there another option that does this now??

I posted this in another spot and had no help. Please help!:cry

    Hi Heroes,

    I used to get an e-mail with a handy link when I clicked on the DOWNLOAD ALL thingy. Now it goes right into asking me where I want to put it on my own computer (see attached screenshot).

    I would rather have the e-mail option now because I need to mail that link to a client of mine so she can download all of the images. Please help!

    I'm having the same problem (www.calgecko.smugmug.com) ... I sent an email to the support heroes about it... looking forward to a response :)

    Zip files are valid for 14 days as the email with the download link indicates. You can't request a new download while the old one is still active. You can just check back in your email history to look for the download link you requested prior.
    If you can't locate the email, send an email to the HelpDesk with the link to your gallery:
