Wonderful scenery - it would have been nice to see all of them focusing on their cameras, trying to take that shot :)

Have seen that scene but multiplied. This time of year all the workshops and the wonderful fall colors. Hope to be standing around there in a couple of weeks

I gotta say my trip to the Sierras last weekend was amazing. Although Mono Lake was crawling with photographers, the sky was gorgeous and I managed to get away from the crowds for long enough to get these shots....

The Sky is fantastic. Nice captures
Even there are a lot of Photogs around you can get away from the throngs.

Last year just west of the south tufa parking area. I was trying to find the shot I had of the others infesting the formations to the east
It went pink for a short but brilliant time.

By the way how were the leaves. Getting mixed reports. People going up there are saying a lot still has to turn but the reports that some of the resorts put out say that it is glorious but they are trying to get more people up there.

We were there right after an early snow/wind storm that blew a lot of the color off the trees. There was still some green waiting to turn, so it might be pretty good in the next couple of weeks.

I have always maintained that I was... uninvolved, and no where near Dallas at the time.
