Watermarking Probs

I've tried 4 or 5 times to apply my standard watermark to a selection of photos in this gallery and it just won't take.

This was a combined effort - I watermarked my friend's photos in LR, am trying to apply my own watermark to my photos in SM, beginning at #22, with no luck.

Please advise.

Thanks.

    Hi Sara,

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble applying a watermark to your gallery. Could you please let us know which watermark you want to use? Your watermark titled (C) SP 1600x200 is showing that the source file has been deleted. However, even in that case the PROOF watermark would show instead. We'd be happy to double check this for you and, we're standing by!

The watermark I use most often is (C) SPP 90.

That's the one I am trying to apply.

    Thanks.

    Hi Sara,

Thank you for your reply. We are seeing your watermark now:

Please remember that if you reset the watermark we'll need to remake the display copies over and over which can cause delays. Please set the watermark only once unless you want to change or update the watermark applied.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, we are always happy to help!

    Best Regards,
    Christina

The odd thing is, when I run this particular gallery as a slide show, the watermark disappears.

Is there something I'm not knowing or understanding here?

I've switched back to Smug Mug style and the watermark is back.

    ???

    Hi Sara,

I tested your gallery in slideshow style and with the full screen slideshow and the watermark always appeared for me. However, I did notice that you have originals enabled. Please remember that we won't watermark your original sized files so, if your screen is large enough to display originals you will not see the watermark. You can block access to originals through your gallery settings window. You can get there by either clicking on the "Settings" button below the gallery thumbnail or, if you're in the gallery you can click on Tools > This Gallery > Gallery Settings. Then, scroll down to set the largest size to something other than Original.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, we are always happy to help.
