Anyone Have Problems with Email Uploading?

I just got a complaint from one of my users saying the image he uploaded didn't work. He's used it before, so I know he knows how it works. I told him to double-check the subject line since it's case-sensitive. I don't have any other info, so there's no point in contacting the help desk. I just want to see if anyone else is having an issue so post up if you've seen anything unusual!

We were RO for a few minutes just now, but we're back in full mode. That might explain it.

Thank you Andy. That does most definitely explain it. thumb.gif

So what will happen to the photo sent? Will it retry according to normal email protocol until SM receives it? Or did SM receive it and it's sitting in a queue? Or something else? headscratch.gif

I don't want to tell my user they have to re-upload something unless it's absolutely necessary. That makes me look unprofessional.

I think it'll be processed in due course - we're a tiny bit backed up in the upload queue.

I just had someone else tell me that they're having trouble sending an image as an attachment. Anything going on besides the brief issues yesterday? headscratch.gif

Seems like they tried to upload during the outage. They tried again and all is good. thumb.gif
