Experience with Firstlight Workshops?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but here goes:
I've been considering a training session offered by Firstlight Workshops.
Winter Light on the Chesapeake
It looks great, but it's not cheap ($950), and it's a significant time commitment.
Has anyone out there had personal experience with Firstlight? I don't mind paying the fee - I know that this sort of instruction is costly to provide - but I'd love to hear from people who have been on a Firstlight workshop.
Thanks!
