Facebook "Like" reduces privacy

Dear Smugmug support staff,
I just became the Power user of smugmug, very excited. I have a question here. Sorry if it's already been answered before.
I like Smugmug's fb integration where a facebook user can "like" a picture. Is there anyway to prevent this action from posting on that person's wall (newsfeed?). My concern is the privacy.
Ex.
If only one person knows my smugmug site, not that I have something to hide on my page. But I just want my smugmug page to be somewhat less public (not completely hidden with password lock-down or evertying unlisted). However, if this visitor "like" a photo, it will post a newsfeed on his wall to tell others that he likes my photo. Then I think it's completely up to this person's fb privacy setting. If his setting is that the entire world can see his wall, then basically my smugmug address will be known to all his friends (potentially some of his friends I don't really like) and the world. I haven't done all the experiment to confirm this, so please do correct me if I am wrong.
My question is?
- If he "like" a photo from an unlisted album of mine, will "He likes this photo..." still be posted on his wall?
- What about password protected album? My guess is his friends will see the link to the album ( perhaps with a thumbnail), but will be prompted to enter password in order to continue in to view? But the thumbnail of this password protected photo will still be shown to the world? If it's true that at least the thumbnail will be shown on fb, then it sounds like a serious privacy issue.
- Is there any ways to have a feature to still allow people to "like" my photos but prevent posting anything on their facebook wall?
(My planB will be trying out the publish to facebook tool to post photos in fb photo album so I can better control who on fb can see my photos or not)
Thank you for answering all my questions!! Keep up with the good job with Smugmug!
