Hello everybody, this past summer we had a large street festival, and I was shooting bands and shot this one band that I kinda know, for free and now they want to use some of the shots in flyers, posters etc. I said ok, to get the advertising, but my question is, and I may have just answered it - would you put your signature, watermark, logo in the bottom corner?

I am thinking yes otherwise how would anyone know I took it?

Or do I just leave it off, and hope they mention it somewhere?

Also what type of contract do I use, so they are able to take them to the printer and have them printed?

Thanks for all your help!!

George

Cash or Credit take one leave the other. And the credit for life of the image just as the cash stays in your pocket forever.

Here is the issue as I see it. They asked if they could use the images you said yes. In my opinion this is a contract.

If you want terms, $, etc you need to discuss that before saying yes. :D
