I can't crop order # 2528641‏

Trying to proof this order, but for some reason I can't adjust crop.

Tried the usual cache clearing, etc., but no luck. It's worked just fine all week, but not tonight.

Anyone else having this problem??

    Jim, always best to do order stuff via the help desk, thanks.
    That being said, I just cropped the third image there, just fine. (I think you should tell the customer that feet are more important than the top of the helmet, if they insist on 8x10 images on a 3:2 image. But what'd be better is to sell them 8x12s, if you want us to do that for you we can, and we won't charge the difference, just ask our heroes.

    And try cropping again, maybe it's just a glitch somewhere in the matrix - if you still can't, please email our heroes.

    She didn't do any cropping on the order. Don't know why you thought that she did. ne_nau.gif

    The default crops are there, Jim - she's buying an 8x10 of a 3:2 image so there will be default (center) crops. Please write the help desk Jim, we'll help you personally.

    It's getting worse. Now, I can't even get to the order, since my Sales History page now looks like this;

    Also, the 'dropdown' box isn't showing up when I put my cursor on the photo in any of my galleries.

    Anyone else having these issues?

    Nipprdog, what happens if you try a different browser? Please also write the help desk so we can give you personal attention here. I haven't seen any other similar reports.

    Thanks, Andy. It's my desktop at home, and the browser I have used is IE. I'm on my lap top now at work, during lunch. It's working fine on my lap top, with IE.

    When I get home tonight, I'll download Firefox on my desktop, and try it out. If it doesn't work then, I'll email the helpdesk.
