Need affordable Calendar printer/publisher

I'm currently using LuLu as my calendar printer/publisher.
Although I am satisfied with LuLu, I am trying to reduce the printing cost.
I am publishing calendar for our non profit organization and LuLu's cost is quite high. I don't think we can afford the upfront cost of other commercials printer (min 500 prints) nor can I sell that many.

Right now, the calendar base cost is $11.99 (not including shipping).
Anyone know any other publisher that provide lower printing cost than this ? (without high min prints).

Thanks for any help.

well, let's see what's out there...

    shutterfly: $20
    imagestation: $15-$30
    snapfish: $19
    iprint: $19

have you thought about asking lulu if they have a rate for non-profits?

have you thought about taking your press-ready lulu pdf to a local mom-and-pop printer? what about taking it to a staples and seeing what they can do on their gear? ear.gif

Thank you for your suggestion Andy, I really appreciate it.
I've asked around local printer and none can match Lulu's price.
It is good to know that Lulu's price is very competitive.
