Alternative to Replace Photo?

I use Lightroom 3 to upload all my images. When a customer places an order, and I would like to update the photo(s) they chose, can I go to Lightroom and make the adjustments and re-upload the files to be printed? Otherwise, I have to go to LR and make my adjustments and then export them, then upload them.

It doesn't matter how you replace a photo. Just make sure that you actually replace the exact photo that was ordered. Do not re-upload the new photo to the gallery. You need to replace the existing file with your new version. That should be the case if you make a change to the photo in question directly in Lightroom and then re-publish that modified photo.
If you don't want to modify the original in Lightroom, as far as I know you could only export your edit and use the 'replace photo' button on the Pro order page.
