A day of candid shooting in the city led to a chance encounter...

which later led to an afternoon of shooting. Here are some closeups and headshots from that session. Surrounded by lots of windows, sunlight and white walls.

3 & 5 are my favorites, but I really like all of these!

    Yep... 3 & 5.

I absolutely love the crop and pose on 5. It is incredible. Clean up some stray hairs and you got yourself a really nice portfolio shot.

Thanks for looking. Those are also my favorites. Her favorite was #2.

Thanks so much, Heather. She really had to scrunch up on that one. I kept picturing her as being inside an imaginary box.

I've never been a fan of over the shoulder poses, but 5 is a great, intimate and coy pose. And #1 has been rudely ignored by the masses :-) As a grab shot, it really works.

Thanks for your comments, guys. That certainly was a grab shot. It was high noon and as she stepped into the shadows of the building I took one of the only decent shots I caught that afternoon. She liked it and that led to the session.

A stroke of luck to meet so amenable a model. You've done her justice, Brian. If I may say so, I am also drawn to the original street shot ; good light and easy pose.
