I'm busy processing my Renaissance Faire pictures in the order taken. I really like this one and thought I'd share it with you all. Comments are always welcome.

I'm hoping that there are other good ones further down the line.

Thanks for looking,
Chris

    Nice shot, Chris!
I like these "medieval" events, usually very colourful, and people wearing costumes are normally camera-friendly:-)
    Good job!

    Thanks Ben.
There are so many good posts and so little time. I usually go through spells where one forum is where I spend more time, but I do try and see them all. When I miss a few days, it's hard to catch up.

    Quite to the contrary,
Once he saw the camera, he stayed put till I got my shot. I have a few of him, this being the best. These faires are wonderful places to take people pictures. I couldn't do anywhere this good anywhere else (except maybe burningman).

    Thanks for the comments,
    Chris

    Hi Nik,
They are very friendly to the photographer. What also amazed me was that many people will stop so as not to walk in front of the shot. I was suprised at how polite the crowds were.

If someone is nerveous about shooting people but want to give it a try, these events are the place to gothumb.gif.
