    Howdy Mary,

Thanks very much, I have to say the Afternoon Thunderstorms/Clouds were

    Yo Craig,

I've always been curious about something in your IR photography. I realize that the IR process will give the skies a distinctive appearance....just like it gives all the other elements in the scene a different look. But how much PP work do you have to do to end up with the dramatic clouds and skies that characterize your work? I'm sure that the PP requirements can vary, depending on the given scene, but I suspect that, overall, there's more PP going on than one would expect.

    Take care my friend,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Howdy Tom,

Thanks very much for your very thoughtful reply and questions.

Have to say, neat skies really do show up well in IR, but the Skies in New Mexico are
some of the most beautiful, and like I'd posted before, almost every afternoon on cue,
they rolled in along with the Storms.

Here's one from the same location, just almost straight out of the camera, resized

It's from one of those Regular Cameras though :D:D:D
