Hey Folks, the system we use to power our hero email service and our help pages ran into some problems this afternoon and they are working on resolving the issue. We're sorry for the unusual delay in our ability to respond quickly to your help emails. We promise that we'll get to each and every email tonight! Sorry for the hassle, and thanks for your understanding.

    Hey Folks, the system we use to power our help service is still working on resolving issues that have caused delays in our ability to respond to your help emails. We're standing by and will answer your emails as soon as it's back up.
