Still playing with the monos, trying to get them to look clean, not oversharp, but with great eyes. How am I doing with these 2?

The first is a re-work of one I did with a white vignette that didn't work so well. The second is new...same processing, though.

    Wow, fantastic work with her eyes. Mission accomplished, I'd say. Beautiful kid! :)

    I prefer the first. I wouldn't mind seeing a little more of the frame in the second, maybe just her chin.

    About that crop...I decided to religeously stick to a 1/3s crop, and so played around until the eye was on intersection of thirds, and the rest looked right and balanced (i.e. not too tall, or too wide). That's why the chin went...I'm not always bothered about it, but I know some people are. :)
