fetching images from smugmug please wait-

I choose album and say fetching images from album and please wait.
Been hour and nothing seems to be happening..There are 174 pics in the album I chose..I selected original for image size. Should I see something happening and should it take this long

    I am logged in on a imac under rapidfetcher..I chose trektravel under quest login. Under albums I chose the trip I was on. I chose original for size and
    iphoto for application where file will be saved.. I then receive message"fetching list of images from smug mug. Please wait..." It just sits
    like that with nothing happening.. Thanks

    Hi, maybe there's an issue with rapidfetcher (it's not our app) - but you can, as logged in owner, request a zip file of your gallery via SmugMug! Here's the info: http://smu.gs/ul3R8j
