Falcon in My Backyard

I love birds as well and have a zillion feeders. About a week ago I found a peregrin falcon in yard which is very unusal as they only perch high. I attached my image of him which was taken through a window as I ran to get my camera praying the batteries were charged. My main income is from sports photography, but my passions are numerous!     I think it's a sharp=shinned, but I'm no expert. they are, of course, very similar to coopers - so I could easily be wrong. But maybe there's a real expert lurking who can definitively answer the question. Still, always fun to see a backyard surprise!

    I agree with Keith... looks like a Sharp-shinned hawk to me... at least according to my Stokes Field Guide. A nice capture!
