Help with photo details for gallery showing

So I'm having a showing of my photographs at a local medical/office building, and I'm doing some last minute prep. My question is simple. What do I put on the little white card at the bottom of the print? I know I should put:

Title of the photograph
Location
Size, and print type (IE 20x30 Giclee Stretched Canvas)
Price (duh!)

Any input? Am I missing something? I'll also thinking I'll have a business card with each detail/price tag. Should I do that, or just leave my cards at the "about the artist" table in the front? What about listing if it's an "original" I saw that recommended on ehow.com, but I don't understand how that would apply to photographic prints and not paintings/art etc.

Thanks for the help :)

Hi Andy, I don't know what you are showing [ landscapes, misc,or wedding photo's, building] But I love you work. I have done a few of these and they can be quite dry [ boring etc] If you can do a small 5x7 printed page on gloss explaining something interesting or even funny or informative about the work you will find that will create a more personal and involved buying crowd. They will talk to you more about a photo if you get them relaxed and interested in the story behind the shot. Leave you buss cards at the about artist table it gives them an opportunity to come to you and if you are engaging them they will be more apt to buy now or in the future. Good luck to you.
