Any way to get a release

Is there any way to get a release through the sales process? My standard contract has the following wording:
"The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for
display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio."
Is there some way to execute this when a person buys a print so that I can use it for my blog or for use in advertising my services. I shoot a lot of youth sports photos and many of these sales do not go through a sales contract.

Any idea if that will work (I mean from a legal standpoint). It seems that it would be similar to a notice that you see at some events that says that they are photographing and to let them know if you don't want to be photographed. Has any one else tried some like this?
