Recruiting Photos

I've been approached by someone to take some photos of their son playing football that they plan on using for recruiting purposes - sending to colleges, posting on MaxPreps, sending to newspapers etc.

They want digital copies, of course, and I'm wonderingif anyone here does something similar. If so, do you consider these purchases to fall under the "Personal" license or "Commercial" license?

Thanks.

I do not do this type of work....however Marketing is marketing.....and I view this as commercial due to the nature of their desire to MARKET the
    Athlete to prospective agents.....
