October Desert Scenery

With all the beautiful autumn photos this one seems so ... well ... green. But our desert is lush and green for now. Maybe in January a few of these trees along the water will turn a little golden. Taken rather early in the afternoon. This place goes dark quickly as soon as the sun goes below the mountain just on the other side so a good sunset pic is very difficult - and I would loose the reflection. C&C always appreciated.

I like these, Eia, including the spooky moon. It seems to me that the first scene might also be good after sunset or by moonlight.

Nice scenes, Eia. I'm digging the simplicity of the moon shots.

My foot is literally slipping down the side; that is how close to the edge I am. I'm standing on a high edge so I had to take these hand held. If I get the courage I might try the evening shots! :) the moon shots were taken from a nice flat area looking opposite of the water - thank you for the comment.
