Here is a wonderful example of shear idiocy. While one does understand there are nuts in the world, we don't anticipate the nuts to be judges. Then they wonder why we don't have any respect for them.

I read that story earlier and had a good laugh. I am so glad I don't shoot weddings. Now I can understand calling the plaintiff a nut but why the judge. The judge dismissed all the charges and is only allowing the alleged breach on contract issue to proceed. In this situation I don't see her having any other choice. The plaintiff is alleging a breach of contract and should be allowed an opportunity to present his case. When the plaintiff eventually loses the cases the defendant can argue for his legal; expenses to be paid by the plaintiff. he would also have a shot at filing a lawsuit against the plaintiff for a frivolous lawsuit.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

While the law should be respected and obeyed at all times, there are occasions when people that are not the full quid abuse it.
It's a hell of a lot quicker, cheaper and much less stress to "send the boys around" to sort the wack jobs out and put an end to their tormenting than it is to try and deal with them through the law.
