Category, gallery and search help

I was wondering if someone would not mind helping me with an idea. I was wondering if this would be possible or how about doing it in SmugMug.

I would like to have a private page which will show 5 or more galleries on it that I choose, which can be accessed by using the wonderful client login script made for me by JR Customizatioin, which at the moment access any gallery held in Events category. I know it will have to be in the Events category to work with the client login script but not sure how to set it up once in there.

I would also like to have a search function which will search only those 5 or so galleries when used from within those 5 galleries and still keep my main search function on the homepage.

Is this possible at all? If so just point in the right direction and i will do my best to proceed forward.

I'm not familiar wit the client script you use, but I just wanted to point out that for search in galleries to be available, the galleries in question have to be public and not password protected. Search isn't available for unlisted or passworded galleries.

I'm also not aware of a way or whether it is possible at all to limit search with a gallery to just a group of galleries. By default search run within a gallery, only searches that one gallery as far as I know.

Hopefully someone else can chime in with suggestions on the rest.

Thank you for your help. I was able to get in touch with JR Customization and Jerry helped me out just now. They are a great help and resource.
