Client created card

I have a client who created a Christmas card with a picture from her gallery on my site. She would like for me to go and look at it before she purchases it, for do I do that? This is the first time I have offered cards through Smugmug so I am not sure how it works. Any help would be appreaciated ! Thanks in advance
