EyeFi, MiFi, and Smugmug

So I've been reading up a lot on this combo, and I want to try it next year at SEMA, but I've got a lot of questions that I can't really seem to find an answer on.

This thread on eyefi's support forum hits most of the main points:

So here's my questions:

1. Is there a way to specify an existing SM gallery that the images will be transferred to?
2. If not, is there a way to specify a quicksetting or gallery settings prior to images being uploaded?
3. Do you have to have a computer on somewhere for the eyefi card to transfer images? Do you ever need one? What exact for? I want to just set this up and forget it, letting the originals go straight to SM that I can download later.
4. How good is the eyefi at finding open hotspots and simply connecting and uploading? Is it necessary to specify a ssid in the eyefi setup?
5. Where can I find an owners manual/user guide for the eyefi?
