Not a bad start...
A few observations:
Colors are over saturated
Highlights are a tad on the hot side (dress)
Subject is static center
Slight tilt throws off her pose
Much of this can be easily corrected in processing. Dial back the saturation!! Straighten and crop. Also, we'll probably see a nicer image if you insert it instead of attaching. Pretty girl!
