Adding a description to every photo in a gallery?

Hi Helpful People!

I searched and wasn't sure of the answer, so sorry if this has been covered already...

I want to add a description/comment underneath every photo in a gallery (the same general statement about downloading the images). Is there a way to do this all at once versus commenting/captioning on every photo?
