An evening at Mono Lake

One of my favorite spots to photograph. These were taken within an hour around sunset.

Nice we were just up there, however during the early evening with high winds. Not ideal shooting conditions.

Nice soft lighting on the tufas.

I love the first shot. The composition just leads you in to the center formation with balance on either side....and the reflection is nice.

Thank you. The first shot is what I liked the best of the series too.

Very nice composition, I have never been there but I would imagine it is somewhat difficult to get a really nice composition like yours.
