Mounted prints?

Do either labs sell anything as small as 8x10 or 11x14 mounted? I can't find any info on mounted prints from either lab.

I've seen several other photogs only offer mounted prints if the print is larger than either of those sizes. I get that they are more stable but is that the only reason? Their prices seem relatively low and I can't figure out how and why they are doing this. Do you sell mounted prints?
