Contact Form

Hi guys,

I am having problems with the custom contact form. I attach image.

For some reason it retrieves my email in the from:, and it retrieves the nickname in the to:

I have read some threads about it and all information needed like email has been provided in the customer contact information.

Please advice.

If you're logged into you SmugMug site and hit the 'contact' link, we'll prefill the email address you have in your control panel into the form.

For a non-logged in user, like one of your clients, it will look like this:
