Changing watermark sizes.

Hello All,

I have made a number of png watermarks of different sizes and uploaded them to SM but they all seem a little big. I would like them to be pretty small on a large Smugmug image. Is there a way of putting a smallish watermark on the image ?

Or alternately is there a relatively easy way to put a watermark not in the image area but just outside of the image on the lower left of the image?

I have searched and found problems in correctly sizing watermarks.
