My first real attempt at shooting a skyline scene.

    Beautiful scene, although I have to agree about the right lower area being awfully dark.

    Hmmm.... So here was my 'other' version, yet I thought the rock edge looked a bit odd. Any better than the first?

    Great city scape, love the color and light effects. the only minor nics from me would be I would give just a bit more space above the highest skyscrapper and as to the right side I don't think it is a matter of being too dark but it is just too much negative space. I think if you had moved closer to the water thereby reducing this area it would have made for a stronger composition. Nice job.

    Lovely, I do miss that place. If that is Congress Ave Bridge, Austin City Limits use to be recorded in that general spot towards the right of where you're standing, outside. I have watched fireworks there several times, if it is. Thanks for the memories
