Hi you'll,

On Saturday I met a couple of shooters from another forum and got some pre-hurricane shooting in. Unfortunately the weather sucked and the wildlie was scarce. When it started to rain I bid my friends a good day and headed home.

I went past the spot where I had seen the eagles a few days earlier but no eagles. uhoh2.gif

However as a consolation prize there was this osprey on the side of the road

    Thanks Ben.

Everything is fine so far. Wilma should make landfall tomorrow morn and then head our way. I'm betting she will lose enough windspeed so that she'll not do that much damage to our section. So far she's looking to be a wuss.

I'm lucky if I get an eye in focus and here you are posting pics where even the rain drops on his back are sharp. Just proves once again how good you arethumb.gif

Well I was hoping for some more eagle shots but he did a good job as a fill-in. :D

I was surprised that the shots came out so well since it was raining and there wasn't much light. The osprey was a trooper though he just stayed in that spot and let me shoot 120+ pics of him.

Thank you very much Eric. I was lucky that the opsrey decided to stay in one spot so I had the time to take a lot of shots and adjust my settings.
