HELP!! My "Control Panel" disappeared!!

I was following the Digital Grin help with creating a Navigation Bar with directions by Mike Lane... and I was doing fine until somehow I must have placed my a href address for my LINKS and it ended up as my CONTROL PANEL... in other words when I click Control Panel, it DOESN"T go to CONTROL PANEL ,, but somehow it goes to my LINKS page.... my wires got crossed somehow.

HOW DO I GET MY SMUGMUG CONTROL PANEL BACK????? :dunno
