Problems Sending an Email

Sending an email to Smug Mug is a most frustrating experience. I've spent nearly one hour cycling between typing in the spam code and the page that says " your email have not been sent, perhaps one of these articles will help". When I click on the "X" to get out of that page, it just takes me back to the original email. When I type in the code again, it recycles me back to the "articles" page.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I always just use help@smugmug.com and have never had a problem. headscratch.gif It might take some time for a reply, but sending has never been an issue.

If by some time you mean minutes, then yeah - most emails are answered really, really fast. Even on Saturdays.

Yes please, like Samir said, try our email address from your email client. Thanks. Our heroes can also figure out why you aren't able to use the form. Try being logged into your SmugMug site, btw, that's very helpful.

My most recent experiences a few months ago were hours. ne_nau.gif Just didn't want them to be upset if the response wasn't immediate. Underpromise and overdeliver always keeps people happy. thumb.gif
