Cant edit my bio

This happens a lot- i click on edit (on bio gallery on homepage) and the text window doesnt load- happens a lot on my about us and contact us page/ galleries as well. Is there a diff way to edit that? how do i fix it? attached an image of what happens after i press edit. thanks!

    You can ALWAYS edit in control panel, customize tab. You had an unclosed DIV which I closed for you.
