Unable to limit sizes?

Greetings,

I'm a wee perplexed.. Seeing my running record thus far, it ought to be something that i'm not doing right..

I have prices set only for the 2x3 ratio images, however, when people go to buy prints, they are able to see all the other sizes. I want to avoid that as I want my images to stay in that ratio.. any advise?

Did you set the prices for all of the other sizes to 0 (zero)?
Leaving the price blank uses the default price, setting it to 0 removes the item.

From the help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93345:

Gotcha: Products with blank fields (white boxes) are available for purchase to your clients at SmugMug's default prices.
