I need zip file download reset

I have a gallery that I need to send to parents to allow them to download the gallery. I generated one a week ago but can't find it. Can anyone reset the gallery so that I can regenerate the zip file? I do realize that's the better way to do it. I tried it that way and it wouldn't send for whatever reason.
