Do I need to purchase another pro membership?

I have a pro membership and website that is dedicated to many different schools sports programs and a wide variety of photography. I've been asked by a local college to put something together specifically for them with their own domain name and everything for their parents to buy photos of their kids. I would like to be able to make this work with my web site now but with the limitation in the amount of levels we have I don't see that as being possible. Do I have to purchase another pro membership from you guys to get around the limitations in place by not having more levels? Can I even buy another membership using the same e-mail address and 10-99 because of it being under the same social security number?

    If you need a different domain name, you'll need a 2nd account - and yes, a 2nd email address and a separate W-9 form.
