SmugMug Watermark won't turn off

First I had my watermark and decided I didn't like it... then I chose the SmugMug watermark and don't like it either. I've cleared my cache... waited 20 minutes, refreshed, etc... Even though I've checked "no" on watermarking... it's still showing up on every photo in my gallery! I need to get this gallery to the client ASAP!

Can anyone help?

Our watermarks queue is backed up a bit - if you've used tools>many photos>watermarking and chosen to remove the watermark, they will process, sorry for the delay.

I'm also having trouble with the watermarks on my homepage slideshow. I've copied images from galleries that are watermarked and put them into my slideshow gallery. I've then gone into the slideshow gallery and tried to turn off all of the watermarks, but they are still appearing after 2 hours.

It's only showing up on some of the images because I've only just started watermarking my galleries.
