Statistics lock up SmugMug?

I'm trying to view 'statistics' as have done in the past, but left-clicking seems to lock up SmugMug and nothing responds. All other items under the Stats tab launch, but photo views locks.

Any thoughts on the issue?

    Is your flash updated?
    What browser are you using?
    What are you trying to do when "left clicking"?

    I looked at my stats twice today and they worked fine both times. ne_nau.gif

    Flash is current, and running IE9. I'm trying to open and read the Photo viewing statistics. Upload log opens with no issue, Comments opens with no issue, but when I try to open Photo views my SmugMug freezes - can't get off the page, and Windows pop-up box reads "SmugMug not responding".

    I checked out your Moon River - fantastic landscape images. Downside is that it tells me how much more I have to learn about photography.

    Sounds like an IE9/flash launch issue. Do you have another browser you can try it with? headscratch.gif

    How long did you wait? Leave the browser alone for 5 to 10 minutes. Does the stats screen come up eventually?

    What happens if you clear your browser cache and cookies, close and reopen the browser? Do the stats then come up faster?

    What toolbars / add-ons do you have installed in your IE?

    If the stats come up eventually, I've seen this issue with another user once before and this seems to be a rare IE9 issue. For now I'd recommend to use another browser.
    If you're able to reproduce this at will with a clean browser (cleared cache and cookies), would you be able to provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue? I tried it on my IE9 and can't reproduce it. Also, what exact version of IE9 do you use and what operating system are you on? Do you have all the latest Windows updates installed?
