Cannot scroll product window on iPad to make purchase

While trying to look at pricing on my iPad2 (iOS 5.1 latest release not beta) I had trouble scrolling through the list of products in the pop up window. I was looking at my Hockey Night in San Jose Gallery (photos.bradfordbenn.com) in "normal" view (not mobile). When I clicked on the buy this photo option the window came up, however I could not scroll the window.

I tried clicking and dragging the highlighted scroll bar with no success. I tried using the arrows but it would not move to the center of the list, it would jump to the end or top.

Is there a better way to do it while on the go?

Try touching the scroll bar itself once, then touch in the area you want it to scroll to. That should allow you to move the scroll bar anywhere within the list that you want :-)

If that doesn't work, use the two finger scroll gesture. That works for most elements on where a one finger scroll does not.

Please note that touch screen (like the iPad) and mobile devices are not supported in the cart and for example the crop tool doesn't work on those devices. I'd recommend using a regular computer instead for placing larger orders or orders that require any cropping.

Thanks. I am still not able to get it to function with the two finger gestures, I will go to a "real" computer.

    Brad,
Hmm, you're correct, for some reason it doesn't work there.

I checked and Josh's suggestion should do the trick. Don't try to drag the scrollbar, just tap on the part of the scrollbar you'd like to move it to. In addition, you can also use the category links at the top of the buy interface to jump to a specific category.
