Trying To Upload Shopping Cart Image

I am trying to upload a shopping cart image. The image is 210x140 and is saved as a .png file with a transparent background. Under Shopping Cart, I browse for the image and after it is selected, I click Upload. After that, "Uploading and processing image..." stays on the screen with the moving circular timer. It never gets uploaded. I have restarted my browser and restarted my computer, with no success. I have attached the image so you can see what I am trying to upload. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks.

I had no trouble adding the image as your cart branding. Are you sure that you used a supported browser / system:

In any case, I left the cart branding disabled for you to review before enabling it

Thank you. I am using Windows 7 with IE9. I didn't clear my cookies or temp internet files, which might have helped also.

Hey Ryan,
I'm just trying uploading a branding image on my account on IE9 and it's taking an unusually long time for me too. I'm sending this to our QA team for investigation. For now I'd recommend using another browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome, if you still need to upload branding files.
